Reading Saint Augustine's Confessions
Coming to this blog are audio files/podcast links, wherein I read up to 10 pages of Confessions . I rely on Frank Sheed's translation, a 2nd edition, from Hackett Publishing. Hackett has graciously granted me with their permission to do this project. My hope is that people will encounter Saint Augustine's spiritual autobiography and be inspired, challenged, motivated, and built up. Perhaps these readings will spark conversation and feedback. I hope we will explore what Confessions means for us today. I am recording and will start posting soon!
